п»їXin Huxi Qigong has as its central concept that of "Center Breathing." Center Breathing is breathing in a fashion such that the Dan Tian - Elixir Field - is balanced, abundant and flowing with Qi. As with any system of exercise whether it be Qigong, Tai Chi or Kung Fu it is always recommended that you warm-up prior to the major portion of the training or practice. In Xin Huxi Qigong the first and easiest forms to learn are the stationary warm-up exercises.
The most important point to remember is that these are warm-up exercises. Their purpose is to begin to loosen you up, increase circulation, and provide you with an opportunity to focus your mind on the movement of your body and on your breathing. The warm-up exercises should help you to begin the relaxation process and get you into the spirit of the thing.
These warm-up exercises for the most part keep the feet in the same position. This position is where the feet are parallel and shoulder-width apart. It is important to breathe using chang bao qi breathing during the warm-up exercises.
These three basic stationary forms all start with the same stance or way of standing. It is called the "Feet Parallel Stance." To perform this stance stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Your feet should be flat on the floor and your toes should be turned in slightly. Your shoulder should be shoulders relaxed and your arms hang loosely at your sides. Your hands are relaxed and just touch the sides of the legs.
Warm-up Exercise #1 - Circle Arms Forward and Backward
Begin in feet parallel stance as describes above. Touch your tongue to the back of your upper teeth at the gum line as you breathe in through the nose and circle your arms, in large circles in the forward direction, four complete rotations during the entire inhalation. Touch your tongue to the back of your lower teeth at the gum line as you breathe out through the mouth and you circle your arms, in large circles toward the back, four complete rotations during the entire exhalation. You have now completed one set. Repeat for an additional three sets.
During this exercise you can add mind power and create a conscious mind connection by visualizing that you arms are like a wind mill and you are creating large circular currents of energy that flow to you and throughout the universe. With this you can engage your subconscious mind by affirming, "I feel and attract the circular waves of energy that now flow through me and energize my body, mind and spirit."
Warm-up Exercise #2 - Twist Left and Right
Begin in feet parallel stance as described above. Touch your tongue to the back of your upper teeth at the gum line as you breathe in through the nose and you twist your trunk at the waist left and right with your feet flat on the floor turning twice to each side during the entire inhalation. Touch your tongue to the back of your lower teeth at the gum line as you breathe out through the mouth and you twist your trunk at the waist left and right doing a full rotation allowing heels to come up off the floor turning twice to each side during the entire exhalation. During this exercise your arms cross in front of and circle behind the body. You have now completed one set. Repeat for an additional three sets.
During this exercise you can add mind power and create a conscious mind connection by visualizing that you arms are like a propeller in the water and you are creating large oscillating currents of energy that flow to you and throughout the universe. With this you can engage your subconscious mind by affirming, "I feel and attract the oscillating currents of energy that now flow through me and energize my body, mind and spirit."
Warm-up Exercise #3 - Full Body Rotation
Begin in feet parallel stance as described above. Touch your tongue to the back of your upper teeth at the gum line as you breathe in through the nose and as you raise your hands above your head with your fingers pointing toward the ceiling. Touch your tongue to your lower teeth at the gum line Breathe out through the mouth as you bend forward and reach toward the floor.
With your tongue touching the back of your upper teeth breathe in through the nose and circle your upper body to the right and up toward the ceiling. At the top look slightly backward. With your tongue touching the back of your lower teeth breathe out through your mouth and circle your upper body to the left and down to the floor. Repeat this exercise in the opposite direction. This completes one set. Repeat for an additional three sets.
Remember that these are warm-up exercises and as such can be used to warm-up before any qigong practice or fitness workout. They energize the body, mind and spirit and focus your intention on developing a balanced, abundant and smoothly flowing Qi.
Take your time in learning these, take your time during your practice. There is no hurry there is only the Right and Certain Way! Enjoy and share with your friends, relatives or anyone that is interested in developing awesome health and well-being.

п»їThe scary truth about what is in Coffe Mate creamer: The following is a list of the ingredients and what they can do to your body:
#1 Sugar: Processed Sugar:The health dangers which ingesting sugar on an habitual basis creates are certain. Simple sugars have been observed to aggravate asthma, move mood swings, provoke personality changes, muster mental illness, nourish nervous disorders, deliver diabetes, hurry heart disease, grow gallstones, hasten hypertension, and add arthritis.
Because refined dietary sugars lack minerals and vitamins, they must draw upon the body's micro-nutrient stores in order to be metabolized into the system. When these storehouses are depleted, metabolization of cholesterol and fatty acid is impeded, contributing to higher blood serum triglycerides, cholesterol, promoting obesity due to higher fatty acid storage around organs and in sub-cutaneous tissue folds.
Vegetable Oil (Partially Hydogenated coconut or Palm Kernel, Hydrogenated soybean)
(Trans-fats) which has been documented to cause high cholesterol which leads to hardening of the arteries that ultimately can bring on a heart attack. Interesting that the nutritional facts say 0 colesterol. However the 2nd ingredient listed has been found to raise cholesterol levels in the body.
Why is it so bad? Your body can’t tell the difference between a normal cis fatty acid and an artificial trans fatty acid. When you eat a trans fatty acid your body incorporates it into your cells- your cells become hydrogenated! The consequences include increased occurrence of heart disease, sexual dysfunction, weakened immune system, cancer atherosclerosis, diabetes and obesity.
Most European countries have either banned hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils altogether or have instituted future dates for elimination for use in foods.
Hydrogenation of oils, with removal of essential fatty acids, Is used in the food industry for the sole purpose of prolonging the shelf life of processed foods ( to maximize profits)
#2 Corn Syrup Solids: Corn Syrup Causes Diabetes and it is made from genetically altered corn! Here's what corn syrup solids are about. When a corn syrup has been concentrated to contain less than 10 percent water, it can be listed as "corn syrup solids" in an ingredient statement. To qualify as "corn syrup solids," the glucose (dextrose) content must be at least 88 percent of the weight of the concentrated syrup. This product can be called "dried glucose syrup" or "glucose syrup solids" in an ingredient list.
Critics of the extensive use of HFCS in food sweetening argue that the highly processed substance is more harmful to humans than regular sugar, contributing to weight gain by affecting normal appetite functions, and that in some foods HFCS may be a source of mercury known neurotoxin.
#3 Sodium Caseinate (a milk derivative) less than 2% … is actually good for you!
#4 Dipotassium phoshate (used to moderate Coffee’s Acidity)
Dipotassium Phosphate side effects::
Pneumonia, Renal Failure Acute
Vomiting (Nausea and vomiting)
Renal Failure (Acute kidney failure)
#5 Mono and Diglicerides (used to prevent oil separation)
Used for whitening effect and artificial creamy flavor. Is a fatty acid. Is not a natural constituent of diet. Used to prolong shelf life (to maximize profits)
Is also found in some pesticides and manufacture is not required to disclose where it is derived.
#6 Sodium Aluminosilicate:
Sodium aluminosilicate or aluminum calcium silicate are added to table salt to neutralize stomach acid. Sodium aluminum phosphate is an additive in most baking powders, cake mixes and self-rising flower. If this form of aluminum combines with maltol, a sugar-like flavoring agent, the resulting aluminum compound is able to get through the blood-brain barrier 90 times as well. Side effects: Constipation. Toxicity, Side Effects, Liver Disease, Renal Failure ... Drugs can have harmful effects on the fetus at any stage of pregnancy. ... п»їI want to be happy. Do you want to be happy? I don’t know about you, but whether you are single, in a relationship, or married, wouldn’t you like to be happy? I know it is cliché to say, but one way to be happy is to be happy with YOU first! Yes, psychiatrists and psychologists know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to this and those extra dollars you are paying, is not for nothing…lol.
When you love yourself first, you are then able to love someone else. When you love yourself first, you will not put up with unnecessary issues or drama that others may bring to your life. When you love yourself first, any hate aimed towards you; any negativity will not stick. You know the old adage “Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will bounce back off of me.” Okay, that is not exactly what it says, but you get my drift. We should love ourselves with everything we have and all that we are; body and soul.
Now, the question is what is next? Happiness & Relationships or Relationships & Happiness can go either way or hand in hand; depending on your situation and circumstances. If you are single, you can be happy. You can be happy with your achievements and with everything you have going on in your life. I have seen this happen on so many occasions. You may not be romantically involved with someone, but to obtain happiness without being in a relationship is doable. Again, it goes back to you loving yourself first. If you are single, take this time to pursue your life’s goals; things you would like to achieve or accomplish. If you want your own business, go for it! If you want to own your home, go for it! If you would like to finish school, go for it! Happiness can be obtained and having a partner does not make or break you as a person especially if you are already happy with yourself. In pursuing your dreams and goals, that love interest will eventually sneak up on you. But, do not make that a priority in your life.
You see, when it comes to relationships, too many people put their focus on finding someone; saying “If only I had that wonderful person in my life I would be happy.” That could be true however, let’s say you find that wonderful partner, then, you would be looking for something else to make you happy; saying “If only I had that perfect house, car, or made more money.” The key to this thing we call life is that you have to first love YOU…then, you need to learn to be happy with the things you have been blessed with.
Lastly, relationships are what you make them. Some can turn into long term relationships, or some can be short term; meaning that person was put in your life for you to learn whatever lesson you needed to learn at that moment. The term relationships defined in this article is being romantically involved. Once you love yourself you will eventually attain a relationship and eventually want to be happy in that relationship. Relationships require work. I don’t care what anyone tells you, if you want your relationship to progress and blossom into a beautiful union; you have to put in work. I have three rules for maintaining happiness in relationships. They are:
Kill them with kindness - When it comes to arguments or disagreements, kill them with kindness. You don’t always have to have the last word. Be quiet just for a moment and let the other person take a minute or 15 to calm down and you can eventually talk things out like two adults.
It’s the little things – Men and women alike want to feel loved and appreciated in a relationship. Not in a smothering way of course. In this day and age, people are not giving props where props are due within their relationship. Their partner can go out of his/her way to do something really nice for them only to not receive a simple ‘thank you’ for their efforts. We have got to start showing more love in our relationships. There is this stigma about being corny or if you do something nice for your significant other you are love whipped. Again, men and women alike want to feel loved and appreciated and yes I repeated that statement so that you can let it sink in. Show your appreciation whenever possible and always say thank you.
Always do good works for other people – It does not matter if you are having a bad day or you just don’t feel like being nice today. Let’s repeat together... Do good works for other people even if there is nothing in it for you. That’s right! Do you sometimes wonder about that person that seems as if they get everything they want and they are always blessed or why they are always so darn happy? When you do good deeds for other people, regardless of what it is, #1 it does something to you as a person. It makes you feel good inside for being able to bless someone else. #2 that blessing of you buying the neighbor groceries when you know they were just laid off, as an example; it comes back. It may not come back at that time or moment, but when it does, you will remember your being a blessing in the past. Karma is real people.
In conclusion, love, happiness and relationships are connected in many ways and they are all collectively attainable. You just have to learn how to tie them altogether to help make the goal that you are trying to achieve become existent and it all starts with you loving YOU first. Without love (of yourself) you cannot possibly be happy within a relationship loving someone else.
