п»їWorld-class anti aging creams work along the lines of skin biology. That’s why they are more effective than other creams, which are just a mix of chemicals.
Do you know that the top layer of our skin contains about 10 percent of total body water?
If this gets dehydrated, serious consequences occur. The barrier function of skin, which blocks the entry of unwanted substances from the skin pores into the cells, is affected. The intracellular matrix, that holds the skin cells together, dries up. As the situation worsens, the skin surface forms rough patches, lines, and wrinkles. It looks worn-out and old.
    “Wonder” ingredient #1
Although nature has given the skin, a natural moisturizing mechanism to help retain water, the mechanism becomes weak as we age. It may need external help to keep it functional. Top anti aging formulas provide such external help.
They contain Hyaluronic Acid (HA) – one of the best ingredients a beauty lover must have. This ingredient is a deep-acting moisturizer. It is famous for its power to smooth out wrinkles and render a youthful glow to the skin.
Medically, HA is used as a lubricating agent for joints, particularly the knees, to increase mobility. Our body produces HA naturally. It is found in every body tissue. Its chief function is to retain water in cartilage cells, which do not get direct flow of blood. This is one of the vital biological functions. The Acid helps to supply nutrients, along with oxygen, and removes waste material.
Our skin cells contain HA, which helps to store water in the cells. Once in 15-20 days, the Acid rejuvenates the skin moisture and helps to keep it hydrated. However, as we age, our cells may lose the power to produce this Acid, which leads to improper hydration in due course. As a result, the skin gets parched and brittle. This forms lines and wrinkles with time.
Top anti aging creams contain HA. Manufacturers have created the formula based on the natural mechanism of the skin. That’s why the creams are able to revitalize skin in an excellent way.
    “Wonder” ingredient #2
Another vital function of our skin is the production of collagen in its inner layers. This keeps the skin elastic and supple. As we age, skin loses its capacity to produce enough collagen for suppleness. Consequently, the surface gets wrinkled and lined.
You, again, need a cream that can restore collagen production. Creams containing Matrixyl 3000 can effectively do this. The ingredient has a combination of characteristics, which includes palmitoyl tetrapeptide and palmitoyl oligopeptide. They help the skin to produce collagen. They also activate skin cells. Eventually, it leads to a reduction in wrinkles.
Imagine a cream containing both the “wonder” ingredients! How powerful it can be in the reduction of anti aging signs on the face! Well, such creams are already in the market. So, you need not imagine, but buy them. You can easily get them online, and they are not as expensive as they are thought to be. Of course, you cannot expect anti aging creams with potent formulas to be cheap though!

п»їWhere are you when you get your best ideas? This was a question posed by Michael Gelb, author of "How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci". Most people say the shower, bed, garden, the walking path or treadmill. Hardly anyone says great ideas come at work. In fact Robert Frost once joked "The brain is a wonderful organ; it starts working the moment you get up in the morning and doesn't stop until you get to work". While it may not be that bad, from our own experiences we know that at work we feel more stress, pressure and frustration. We often try to fight through fatigue, hunger, and deadlines to get the job done. We push harder, work longer and challenge ourselves every day. But unfortunately the harder we fight the less our energy flows.
The harder we think the less our great ideas will appear. Like being in a dating slump, batting slump, writing slump, sales slump, mid life crisis slump, mommy slump, or daddy slump the more you fight it the further you fall. Many of the great scientist would tell you that their world changing break through ideas came about not when they were thinking about their projects but rather during moments of silence or by doing tasks unrelated to their project. Great ideas come to many of us during a shower because this is when we are usually most relaxed. Think about it. You're in the shower singing (hopefully where no one can hear you) and bang an idea pops into your head. I bet you also have great ideas when you are on vacation.
They also probably come to you when you are driving in your car with the radio off. Or it is likely that your best ideas whisper in your ear and wake you up in the morning. Mine often do. Wherever and whenever your best ideas strike, it is important to understand that it is not by accident. When we take breaks during our day and allow ourselves brief moments of silence we allow the natural flow of energy to flow through us. Where stress, anxiety, pushing and fighting block our creative energy, moments of silence, fun, play, and exercise allow us to relax, recharge and connect with our creative force.
We are naturally creative beings. We were born to create. And great ideas were meant to pop into our heads. The only thing that stops this is us and our energy blockers. So the next time you're stumped at work, have writers block, get fed up with the kids, feel burned out, or need to break out of a slump remember to do what Leonardo da Vinci did. Take short breaks to recharge, rejuvenate and refocus. Try the following action steps to recharge your creative energy and tap the amazing ideas that want to flow through you.
    1. When the pressure mounts and the last thing you want to do is take a break, acknowledge that this is probably the time that you need one the most. Then do it. Do something completely different from the project at hand.
    2. Take a 10 minute silent break each day. Schedule it or it won't happen.
    3. Shut the cell phone off. I have been doing this lately. You'll be amazed at the ideas you come up with when you don't have someone talking in your ear all the time.
    4. Take a day for yourself and do nothing but relax and read or watch rented movies.
    5. Journal each night before you go to bed.
    6. Practice Yoga, Tai Chi or Qigong in the morning.
May your day be filled with boundless energy!

п»їWhat are the smoking facts? Smoking can kill you, and your cigarette addiction can also kill others.
If you want to quit cigarette smoking you need to start by changing your attitude and beliefs about your cigarette addiction.
All addicts engage in denial and rationalization. You use these tidy bits of fiction to protect yourself from the stark reality of the smoking risks to your health and the health of those around you. Your tobacco addiction is likely accompanied some or all of the following bits of smoking fiction. You cannot quit cigarette smoking unless you give up your denial and face the facts about smoking.
Fiction: I have the right to do what I want, it is my body.
Fact #1: The facts about smoking reveal that your habit is contributing to air pollution, global warming, accidental poisoning, escalating prevalence of asthma and even sudden infant death syndrome. Your addiction is harming not only you but those around you. Your are not alone on this planet, and you are not alone in your life. There are other people who love you and need you and your smoking is as harmful to them as it is to you.
Fiction: If I keep the windows open when I smoke in the car I am protecting the children from the harmful effects of smoke.
Fact #2: This does nothing to protect your children from the smoking risks to health. Every time you smoke a cigarette in the car they smoke it with you.
Fiction: Smoking is a bad habit.
Fact #3: Smoking is a tobacco addiction not a habit.
    Fiction: Everybody smokes.
Fact #4: Everybody does not smoke. So many people in Canada are giving up smoking that the national rate for smoking is approaching 18%. Smoking rates in other developed countries are in the 20% range. If you smoke you are in the minority not the majority.
    Fiction: Smoking is cool.
Fact #5: When you smoke you do not look cool, you look stupid. Let's face it you have freely chosen to engage in an activity that drains your pocket book and harms your health. This decision calls your intelligence into question. Smoking statistics in Canada show that smoking is more prevalent among the unemployed, lower income groups and populations with 12 years or less of grade school education. Smoking doesn't make you look cool it makes you look uneducated, unemployed, and poor.
Fiction: It is only tobacco. Its not like its heroin or anything.
Fact #6: Nicotine is more dangerous that cocaine, heroin or alcohol when it comes to dependence. Dependence develops quickly. The product is legal and easily available making the dependence easier to maintain. Tobacco addiction causes more health problems worldwide than heroin.
Fiction: It is legal so it can't be that bad.
    Fact #7: See smoking fact # 6
Fiction: I only smoke socially when I am with friends.
Fact #8: See smoking fact # 6. Your social smoking will likely result in a tobacco addiction. If you value your friends do not harm them. You have a moral obligation to protect them.
Fiction: I am still young and will quit before I get older.
Fact # 9: See smoking fact # 6. Smoking statistics show that most people start their cigarette addiction when they are teenagers.
Fiction: It is hopeless, I have tried many times and I cannot quit cigarette smoking.
Fact # 10: Not everyone is successful the first time they try to quit cigarette smoking. The facts about smoking show that most former smokers had several unsuccessful attempts before they finally overcame their tobacco addiction. Keep trying!
Of all the known smoking risks to your health perhaps the most significant one is not facing the facts about smoking and living in a world of denial.
If you want to quit cigarette smoking your reality check should include facing the smoking facts. This one is so important it bears repeating.
    Smoking can kill you.

    п»їNaturally Boosting Your “Big T”
    --Brian Sodi
The sad truth is as we get older our bodies produce a lot less testosterone than when we were in our 20’s and 30’s. Between the ages of 35 and 55 your body’s production of “Big T” drops by about 25%.
Some is due in part to getting older – but the bigger culprits are the choices we make. Especially as you start moving into your middle age years and beyond.
And for men this is terrible news, because testosterone affects just about every area of our lives.
Everything from how much extra weight you’re carrying around your mid section to how many times a week you make love to your wife. Essentially testosterone is what makes us men.
The more “Big T” you have pumping through your veins -- the more manly you’ll feel, act and appear.
So it makes complete sense that men have been looking for solutions to stop the decline of this precious male hormone since it was first isolated by Dutch scientist back in 1935.
Until recently most of these discoveries have ended up doing more harm than good. I’m sure I don’t have to go into the dangers of steroids and all the nasty side effects that go along with them.
But now, thanks to some amazing breakthroughs in naturopathic medicine and the re-discovery of a handful of all natural testosterone boosters. Not only can you stop the decline of this precious male hormone, but in many cases you can even reverse this feminizing trend – quickly -- safely and 100% naturally!
It’s so simple too! All it takes is just 4 quick and easy steps to get back in the drivers seat and start living life like a real man again!
And I’m not just talking about an improved sex life either. Follow these 4 easy steps and you can prime your testosterone pump and improve most every aspect of your life – physically, mentally and of course sexually:
    Step #1: Diet
I’m sure you’ve heard it before – you are what you eat. And the older you get the more important that becomes.
But don’t worry, you don’t have to eat like a rabbit to live a long healthy, robust male lifestyle.
First off forget about fad diets – actually forget about dieting all together. And start focusing on making smart food choices all the time. And you can pretty much eat to your hearts content.
Just follow a few simple strategies and you’ll burn fat…boost your energy…improve your mood and most importantly increase your production of testosterone quickly and easily:
    * Protein, protein, protein! Every meal should be built around a serving of lean protein. Eating protein releases special hormones in your body that tell it to burn fat and build muscle. Good examples of quality protein are lean cuts of beef, skinless chicken or turkey, eggs, fish, cottage cheese and pork.
    * Eat like a cave man. This means fruits, vegetables, nuts and berries – the same diet your ancestors lived off of. Mother natures bounty is so plentiful why not try a little bit of everything. Maybe you don’t like apples but Chinese pears could turn into your new passion. Try it all and see what excites you!
    * Eat your veggies – at least 3 – 5 servings a day. The brightly colored varieties are best – they’re chock full of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and fiber. Some of my favorites include spinach, kale, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, collard greens, peppers, and zucchini. And the best part is you can eat as much of them as you like!
    * Avoid the “bad” carbs. With all the Atkins hype going around these days I probably don’t even have to mention this one. But I thought it was important to make a distinction between the bad carbohydrates. Like the ones found in sugar, potatoes and white bread – and the healthy carbs in fruits and veggies. Because you can NEVER get enough of the latter!
    * Drink plenty of water. Hands down your body’s most vital nutrient. If you don’t drink enough your body is forced to retain the water it has -- and this allows waste to accumulate in your body. Thirst can also masquerade as hunger – so if you’re looking to stay healthy and keep your waist line in check I’d recommend at least 8-10 glasses a day.
    * Eat Smart. This means using common sense – don’t eat late at night. Don’t gorge yourself on giant meals once or twice a day. Plan your meals – eat frequent (4-6) smaller meals earlier in the day. Use food for what it is – fuel for your body. This will keep your waist line down and your production of “Big T” way up!
    Step #2: Exercise
When it comes to exercise I like to keep it simple and straight forward. Because there’s really only 3 basic types of exercises your body needs to stay in tip top shape.
Cardio work…strength training …and stretching exercises. And you don’t have to train like an Olympic athlete either. Just make sure to do something every day – even if you just take the stairs instead of using the elevator.
If you want to go a little harder than that you can try… Pushups… crunches… squats... jumping rope or for the more eager student you can join a gym or even sign up at your local martial arts studio.
Any or all of these activities will keep your testosterone pump cranking at maximum capacity.
Remember, you’re not over the hill yet. You can join a gym – sign up for a Karate classes or even run the NY City marathon if you set your mind to it. All you have to do is take that first step – and START TODAY!
    Step #3: Natural Supplements
A healthy sex life and a lean muscular body are nothing more than fond memories for most men over the age of 50. Even guys that continue to work out and really try and stay in shape find it very hard to perform like they did in their younger days (in and out of the bedroom).
But I’ll bet you didn’t know something as simple as taking a few carefully selected natural supplements could quickly and naturally prime your internal testosterone pump for maximum sexual output.
Virtually every country on the planet has their own secret “love tonic”. The best of them have been in use for 1000’s of years!
We’re still a little behind here in the West – but thanks to countless new clinical studies touting their effectiveness, a few of these natural testosterone boosters are starting to grab some major main stream attention:
    * Tribulus Terrestris – more commonly known as puncture vine. Has been used for centuries by Ayervedic Healers as a natural performance enhancer and testosterone booster.
By naturally boosting your T levels, Tribulus increases your body’s red blood cell count. Resulting in better oxygen transport though your entire body.
Study after study confirms that taking Tribulus Terrestris regularly can increase your testosterone levels. Without any of the dangerous side effects associated with steroids and other synthetic testosterone boosters.
    * Muira Puama – has been used by Brazilian tribes in and around the Amazon region for centuries. And not just as a potency booster – but as a general health tonic too.
Recent laboratory studies have confirmed that at the very least it’s an ultra potent sexual stimulant. I recommend making it a regular part of your daily regiment.
    * Yohimbine – has long been used across Africa as a natural aphrodisiac and performance enhancer. And is actually one of the few herbs that’s been accepted by main stream medicine.
For a long time Yohimbine was the only substance approved by the FDA for treating erectile problems. If you’ve never heard of it before now, you can thank Big Pharma. It’s since been replaced by chemical based erection boosters that have shopping list side effects.
Still, there have been quite a few studies showing the effectiveness of Yohimbine – and if you’re having problems getting “it up” Yohimbine is sure to help you rise to the occasion!
    * High Potency Multi-Vitamin – is a must have for your overall vitamin and mineral support. This is especially important if you’re less than strict with your eating habits.
And don’t go for a cheap discount brand – you get what you pay for. If you can afford it I recommend a high end multi-vitamin that’s designed especially for men. Keeping your body fully nourished is the key to overall robust male health!
To get all these valuable nutrients in one supplement I recommend a product by Best Life Herbals called Men’s Daily Formula HTTP://WWW.BestLife-Herbals.com/-VIT01. It has the perfect balance of pro-sexual herbs, testosterone boosters, prostate support and a high potency multi-vitamin all in one. I’ve been taking it myself for about 2 years now.
    Step #4: Sex
Sex…Sex and more Sex!!! In general sex is one of the best things you can do for your overall good health -- and testosterone production.
Aside from the obvious fact that it’s next to impossible to be in a bad mood while having an orgasm. The list of health benefits goes on and on…
The exercising movements used during sex help lower cholesterol and boost your repertory system…the endorphins released during sex are thought to be the ultimate natural pain killers…and the male orgasm is even believed to help clean out the pipes and ward off some prostate problems!
So I recommend having sex at least 3 times a week. But I tell you what – if you follow the simple advice I’ve given you today – you could be having sex 3 times a day!
And it’s so easy! You can live a long healthy life full of piss and vinegar – it just takes a few smart choices. And none of them are very difficult at all – it’s as easy as living like a cave man!
Think about your male ancestors and how they spent their days. Eating meat… running… hunting…swimming…foraging for nuts and berries and of course having sex.
So get off the couch – and get in touch with that cave man that’s still buried inside you. He’s dieing to get out.
And really what’s so hard about waking up – eating a steak – playing 18 holes of golf – having some really good sex? You need only make smart choices – not hard ones!
    Stay Healthy!

п»їNow and then a patient will come in with complaints of a nerve-wracking, constant ringing or other sounds in their ears. One patient even thought he had gotten an insect in his ear that was buzzing and causing him a lot of anxiety. No, nothing like that! That buzzing sound he was hearing is called tinnitus (pronounced tin-ah-tus) and affects more than 12 million Americans a year. To prevent and treat it, I’d like to tell you more about the origins of tinnitus.
    Tinnitus – A Nerve Problem
Many people think that tinnitus is a hearing issue. It’s confusing as it causes hearing changes and is often brought on by very loud noise exposure. Actually, tinnitus has its origins in the nervous system, particularly the tiny nerve cells in and around your ear canal. It’s a result of impaired nerve signals in the ear that the brain misinterprets as buzzing, ringing, or whooshing noises. When you hear sound, it’s a result of tiny, very fine hairs inside your ear moving in relation to sound waves conducted by air through the ear canal. These little hairs move in relation to the pressure that these sound waves make.
This pressure then signals the auditory nerve to release a signal to your brain which then interprets this pressure as sound. This is how we perceive everything we hear – voices, music, birds singing, honking car horns, etc. In the case of tinnitus, however, these tiny hairs inside the ear canal have gotten bent, or broken, and they start leaking random electrical impulses to the brain. These random impulses most often get interpreted by the brain as buzzing and ringing sounds, or sometimes very high pitched tones.
Though tinnitus can affect anyone at any age for many reasons, it occurs most often in over-age- 60 white males, and is often associated with post-traumatic stress disorder, especially where loud noises like firearms were involved. In fact, tinnitus is the #1 complaint of soldiers returning from military service at battle fronts. Other factors associated with tinnitus can include problems with sleeping, concentration, memory, depression and anxiety. However, I believe most of these other factors are likely related to the insomnia that often results from tinnitus.
    What Causes Tinnitus?
There are many things which can damage the delicate nerve cells in the ear canal and result in tinnitus. They can include the following:
Age-related hearing loss (presbycusis). This can happen in people starting around age 60. I feel that this cause is primarily related to nutritional deficiencies in B12 and minerals like zinc and magnesium.
Loud noise exposure: Exposure to loud noises through occupation such as airplane technical ground crews, construction workers, landscaping crews, musicians or recreation (concerts, loud headphones) can cause or aggravate tinnitus.
Blocked ear canals: Earwax buildup deep in the ear canal can shift around and cause different sounds. Inflammation, itching and swelling can also result in sound distortion.
Otosclerosis: Hardening of the bones of the ear. This causes abnormal bone growths inside the ear canal and affects the way air/sound is conducted through the canal.
Trauma: Getting hit in the ear, or side of the head, or closed/open head injuries can cause nerve damage and compression of tiny vascular structures resulting in tinnitus.
Meniere’s, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, allergies: Inflammation inside the ear canal.
Stress/depression: Antidepressant medications can aggravate tinnitus.
TMJ: Jaw bone joint disorders may irritate the nerves around the ears.
Diabetes, thyroid: Nutritional imbalances from these conditions can aggravate tinnitus.
Acoustic nerve tumors: (Vestibular schwannomas) Tumors that form around the inner ear can affect hearing and balance. Tinnitus from tumors can be a high pitched sound.
Medications: Antibiotics, cancer drugs, antidepressants, diabetic drugs (see sidebar article), diuretics, quinine, aspirin usage for prolonged periods, or in high doses, can result in tinnitus, or hearing loss. Tinnitus often stops when offending drugs are stopped.
What Can You Do About Tinnitus?
Tinnitus is usually diagnosed at your doctor’s office with a series of questions, hearing and jaw movement tests, and perhaps imaging tests like a CT or MRI to rule out any tumors. However, I also recommend checking B12 levels as well. Research out of Israel’s Institute of Noise Hazards had shown that vitamin B12 deficiencies were present in 47% of study participants with tinnitus. B12 deficiencies are also common in people over age 50 as the ability to absorb it lessens with age. In fact, supplementing with B12 may be enough to reverse some deficiency-related tinnitus. Other treatments might include:
Retraining therapy: Learn ways to cope with the disorder. Includes transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to reduce tinnitus loudness over time.
Anti-inflammatories: Omega-3 fish oils, quercetin, Vitamin D3, magnesium. A short course of ibuprofen may also help. Gingko biloba helps increase blood circulation to nourish ear nerve cells.
Surgery. Bone growths or acoustic neuromas may need to be surgically removed. Low level laser therapy (LLLT) can stimulate ear nerve cells to heal themselves.
Although tinnitus is a frustrating condition that can create anxiety and distress, determining it’s cause often results in effective treatment of it. See your doctor if ear noises are a concern for you. In Part II, I’ll tell you about new treatments for hearing loss and how you can prevent it.
    Stay well,

п»їMany clients that come to me for clearing work have an intuitive sense that they need to clear the negative energy that they still carry around past-life experiences. They believe in the concept of reincarnation so they know that not only have they been here before, but they may very well be here again, and whatever they do not deal with now, they will have to deal with later on, whether it is in this life or another. They have a knowing of the importance of clearing this energy because to them it feels like some sort of invisible baggage weighing them down and keeping them from moving forward toward the goals they are trying to achieve in their lives. They have a deep understanding that there is a larger picture than simply what they can see around them.
This is a fairly good description of the client that seeks me out and immediately resonates with what I am offering as soon as they find me. But what if that doesn’t describe you? What if you have heard of a Past-Life Clearing, Soul Clearing, or Akashic Record Reading, but you don’t really understand the value in it and what it can do for you in real, tangible terms?
Reason #1: Clearing out the Past.
The single largest misconception I run into about this work, even among individuals who believe in reincarnation, is that there is little or no need to focus on past lives because we are not currently in that lifetime. The problem with that is that by overlooking everything you may have experienced in a past life simply because you are not there, it’s like overlooking the experiences of your childhood because you are now an adult.
You simply can’t expect what you have experienced and is a real and vital part of you to simply vanish because you don’t want to face it or acknowledge that it happened. What happened to us in past lives is just as significant as what happened to us ten or twenty years ago, whether we willingly want to admit it or not, and until we can face it and deal with it head on, it will continue to come back to us in one way or another.
    Reason #2: Like Attracts Like.
This leads me to my second point, and this is very simple, almost as simple as arithmetic. We’ve all heard the saying “like attracts like.” Well it’s true, and especially so in the Universe we are living in. It’s one of the foundations for how things work here, plain and simple. So if you are carrying a lot of negative energy, no matter whether it is from past lives or the present one, you will attract negative things into your life because that negative energy is simply a part of your existence.
So take a look around at your life. What are you attracting? Are you attracting all good things? Or a mix of good and bad? Or way too much bad?
If you’re not attracting all good into your life, then somewhere in your existence and your energy field there is something that matches that vibration. It’s really not more complicated than that.
And when it comes to the manifestation process and opportunities that appear before us, the same thing applies. How can you manifest anything good into your life consistently and deliberately if your energetic vibration is a match for lower, negative energies? You can’t, and unfortunately, the really good opportunities won’t come your way either.
Reason #3: New and Better Choices.
The one thing that a Past-Life Clearing does that a Present-Life Clearing will not do is work on what we refer to as your Golden Web. And just to give you an idea, the Golden Web is an energetic structure that holds our energy bodies intact. It consists of 144,000 intersection points that represent all of our available choices in this lifetime. It also holds our energy bodies together and keeps us in alignment with our highest path and purpose. It also transmits information about our choices and actions back to the Akashic Records.
This web can actually get tears in it from past-life experiences that will typically only be found in a past-life reading & clearing. If you have a tear in the Golden Web, it will act as an “energy leak” for you, causing you to lose valuable energy, and will also render choices unavailable to you that you were meant to have.
Are you starting to wonder what you might have been missing out on in your life until now?
Reason #4: Unparalleled Clarity and Freedom.
Another point I’d like to touch on about the value of a Past-Life Clearing is the level of clarity you get as a result of this work. First of all, if you think about it, the energy around negative experiences that you have been carrying not just for years, but for LIFETIMES, is suddenly cleared. This isn’t something that you accumulated over the last few months or years, but over lifetimes and you have been carrying around with you.
Can you imagine the feeling of that being gone? That weight suddenly being lifted from you? What would that feel like? In a word – FREEDOM.
The thing that most people don’t realize is that they’ve been carrying this negative energy for so long that they don’t even realize it’s there. They’ve simply become accustomed to it. So, of course, if someone doesn’t realize it’s there, why would they see a need to clear it? More than likely they wouldn’t. But I assure you, negative energy surrounding experiences from past lifetimes is very real and it can weigh you down more than you think.
Reason #5: Discover Your Soul’s Purpose.
Another important aspect of a Past-Life Reading is that you get what is referred to as a Soul Profile, or a description of who you are at Soul-level and all the gifts and talents you have brought with you into this life. Why is this important?
Simply put, if you do not know who you are at Soul-level and what all of your gifts and talents are, you may not be fully expressing them. Fulfilling our purpose here means expressing ALL of our gifts and talents to the greatest extent that we can. If we are not fulfilling your purpose, we are not living a truly abundant life, because true abundance lies along our path and purpose. But if we don’t have a full understanding of who we are, we can’t fulfill our purpose and we won’t have full access to the level of abundance we were meant to have.
You see, the deeper an understanding that we have of who we are in all aspects of ourselves and ALL of our gifts and talents, the more we can utilize that knowing to express ourselves in this world.
A Past-Life Reading and Clearing not only helps you fully understand who you are at Soul-level, but it also gives you the realizations that you need to explain to you why you currently are where you are in your life and how you came to be there. The level of profound awareness it gives you is truly beyond compare.

п»їWith your indulgence, here is an excerpt on trust from a book I wrote two years ago.
“The root of all effective human relationships is trust. All relationships have trust in some form or another or else the bond will not last. Trust is so pivotal to all human interaction and is a business imperative. Those who scoff at building and maintaining trust in a business or other setting do so at their own peril. Productivity and creativity are higher when trust is valued. If trust is not important, productivity and creativity will become sluggish and eventually disappear.
Most people know that treating others with trust and respect will bring very positive outcomes and yet how many of us struggle to do just this? Many of us could make an impassioned argument for the importance of great communication (to include deep listening) only to find ourselves moving too quickly past a conversation with a spouse, child or co-worker. What did she say? What did he mean? These and other questions are all important to process carefully in the moment.
Why is trust important to leadership and healthy cultures? Without trust, individuals are not open with each other. They hide behind a façade for personal protection. In spite of outward bravado, most people gravitate toward those they can enjoy on some level in a two-way exchange. In any healthy human relationship there is a basic question under the surface that says, “How much do you care about me?” Most people will not maintain a long-term friendship with someone who belittles them, tears them down or devalues them. We have all worked at some point for a boss who was impossible to please. You can be sure there was some sort of negative reaction going on first internally and then sometimes externally.
Think back to that boss who was always unreasonable and treated you poorly. What if he or she would have approached you asking for input on an upcoming project? If you knew your ideas were consistently not valued or used, how likely would you have been to contribute openly? You might have made some helpful comments depending on your personal values but probably stopped short of full input.
On the other hand, think back to working for a boss who brought the best out of you. This person consistently appreciated participation and implemented at least some of your thoughts into a final solution. Now, how likely would you be to offer thoughts on an upcoming task? It was probably hard to shut you up! Why the difference between the two scenarios? In one word: trust. Over time, most healthy people do not gladly go where uninvited in relationships.” (Friesen, 2008)
Here are some ideas for application.
    • Think of an individual you highly respect. What specific things does or did this person do to increase your respect? If you had a problem and took it to this person, what was the response? How do you see this linking to trust? Choose one behavior or principle you would like to model from your example.
    • List the top five to ten people in your life. In the course of daily life, practice deeply listening to each of the individuals on the list with any of your normal interactions with them (eyes off the computer screen or Blackberry, phone down, etc.). What do you learn? How does this build trust?
    • Choose one person with whom you would like to re-build trust. Without any defensiveness, apologize if needed with no strings attached. Give forgiveness without the other needing to request it. Now, start to extend small, consistent kindnesses over time. How does this repair the relationship weeks and months? Who’s next?

п»їLosing weight today in this society is one of the hardest things you are ever going to try and accomplish, especially given all the choices of dietary plans, weight loss pills, quick weight loss remedies, nutrition recommendations, let alone food sources and fast food markets that are throwing billions of dollars into advertising to prevent us from losing weight. It is incredibly important that you look for a plan and program that has been proven and tested and can get you the results in a safe, cost-effective manner. There are five important questions you are going to have to ask regarding the weight loss practitioner and the program that they advocate in order to determine if this is something that can fit your lifestyle and your budget, as well as provide you the needed results that you deserve.
Question #1: How long have you been practicing these procedures?
This is very important. Although most doctors undergo extensive training, some feel a weekend course is enough to do any procedure, or program. Some feel their formal training is enough.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Science, medicine, and nutritional skills keep advancing. This means the techniques and methods constantly change. Ongoing training is necessary to keep ones skills and knowledge up to date.
Question #2: What methods do you use?
Most good doctors learn their skills in a many different ways. They take the best of the masters and refine what they’ve learned to make their own procedures and methods.
Knowing who and what method they use gives you a good indication of how interested they are in perfecting their patient results and safety for patients.
Question #3: How do you safeguard against complications?
The word that strikes fear in any competent doctor is complications. How your doctor deals with this question is therefore very important. If he casually sweeps it aside saying, for example, “Complications don’t happen in my hands,” I would suggest you seek help elsewhere. Complications happen even in the best hands of the best doctors.
Here’s how I would answer this question, “Although I don’t like to think of these things occurring, I would be dishonest if I stated they never occur. Fortunately, they occur very rarely. I safeguard against them by meticulous concentration on patient details, proper examinations, lab work, and other testing before, during, as well as patient follow up after any procedure.”
Question #4: How will you take care of me during the process?
Successfully dropping pounds is not enough. A good doctor knows that the type of weight loss is the most important. A good program knows what they do initially, during and at the end of the program ensures greater successful outcomes for patients. Any good program should have a beginning, middle and end, and is based on sound medical and scientific facts, is results driven and has patient testimonials.
Personally, I or my staff calls or emails every person the first 3 day after beginning their program. Weekly monitoring is also highly effective, where Body Fat %, BMI and measurements are taken and a review of patient’s compliance and weekly results are documented. If anything is wrong we ask them to drop in for a check up.
Question #5: What is your price?
I mention this for a very important reason – the least important consideration you should have is the price. The skill and professional attitude of your doctor is far more important.
I would caution one thing about price and that is the cheapest price is not always the best. If something is offered cheaply, sometimes corners must be cut in order to offer this service. Most confident doctors will design a weight loss program individually for a patient’s specific medical needs and offer some money back guarantees for serious patients interested in their method and program.
    Bonus Question #6 is:
Where do you offer your program/procedures?
Most doctors who do these types of programs monitor patients in a qualified setting. However, a doctor who really tries to do the best for his patients does it in his own facility – approved by the regulatory body in his area.
Also, he owns his own equipment, pays licensing fees, and uses the program on himself and his staff – he doesn’t just preach it but talks it and walks it! Why is this important? If a doctor cares enough to personally use and follow what he advocates, he knows the benefits and will care more about you.
Most fad diets simply do not work and are dangerous, and just using exercise and eating a balanced diet will not work, either. In fact a recent study showed you to gain half a pound per week with this approach.
If you have excess fat in your body, you need to specifically target that area through nutrition, specific exercises, and other cosmetic non-surgical procedures in order to stimulate your body’s metabolism and physiological process to burn problem fat areas in a safe, fast, and healthy way. It is important that this is a life long approach and you look for the long haul and not for the short term in order to get those results you desire.
